BSOD, error code 5800

I have a Vostro 1000. Yesterday it froze then I kept getting BSOD when trying to start. It would never boot to windows. I ran the diagnostic tests that came with the PC. I got the following errors:

Error code: 5800:042A. Msg: CPU1, data error at address c31004. Expected 0000, but found 2eaef05.

Error code: 5800:302A. Msg: CPU0, data error at address c32004. Expected c3200, but found c12000.

Error code: 5800:022A. Msg: CPU0, data error at address c12008. Expected 1c12004, but found c12004.

Error code: 5800:022A. Msg: CPU1, data error at address c12008. Expected 1c12004, but found c12004.

Error code: 5800:042A. Msg: CPU0, data error at address c31f2c. Expected d46c9774, but found 1c31f2c.

Can anyone help me figure out what these error codes mean? If it's something I can fix without having to call support, that'd be great.

You need a new hard drive.  If under warranty, call support with the error and request a pre-imaged drive.  If out of warranty, any 2.5" 9.5 mm SATA (Serial ATA) notebook drive will work as a replacement.

Thanks. It is still under warranty until the 25th of Oct. I'll give them a call this afternoon.
