Battery LED error code

Hi. I think my battery just died on me. The battery warning led is flashing yellow about 2x as fast as it does when the battery is low, and when I push the little button on the battery, it flashes a sequence of patterns like this:

1. X X X X X
2. 0 X 0 X 0

X = on, 0 = off. It flashes this sequence 3 times.

I've seen people asking about the "1-3-5" pattern, but never this "2-4" pattern, does anyone know what it means? It must be an error code, but I haven't been able to find any info on it.

I can still see the battery in Power Options in the Control panel, and it says its at 100%, but if I unplug the ac, the computer shuts down...

That is a valid error code just not a very common one. Call Dell if your still under the 1 year battery warranty...if your not, start checkin out prices for a new battery!
