Distilled water + anti-static soft cloth (such as comes with eye glasses). Always cleans perfectly for me with no streaks. Evaporates dry.

Water is the best liquid to wipe an LCD; a cloth (no tissue/paper material) is best.

Just curious, what happens if you use alcohol?
I always use filters water to clean mine, but I try not to touch the screen too much so mostly I just use a makeup brush to dust it off.

Depending on what alcohol it is, it can leave streaks and can also remove the screens protective film.
