If you have updated BIOS to version A11 then your system has the latest available BIOS.To check if it has been installed successfully access System Information(Click on Start Menu,in search box type System Information) and check for  BIOS version/Date.

ok and what about my dell screen when i start the laptop it is very odd. it looks like it a laptop of odd gen. with out graphic cards and if i want my old of dell than what to do?

For Inspiron 5520 there are three  BIOS version available.Below are the links for download:

A11  Release Date:10/25/2012 :www.dell.com/.../inspiron-15r-5520

A07  Release Date: 8/9/2012 : www.dell.com/.../inspiron-15r-5520

A04 Release Date: 4/27/2012 : www.dell.com/.../inspiron-15r-5520

There is no option/settings to change the way the Dell logo appears/looks on the start up screen.
