Do you happen to see the battery icon flashing orange and white? If yes, then the battery is the issue. When you start the computer, you'll need to press F1 to continue.
Also disconnect all usb devices and try starting the computer. If you have some devices connected, then the system will try to read those devices and may not start.
Thanks for your reply. However, the battery indicator does not flash orange. I bought a new battery 3 months ago cause the old one already died. So don't think it's the battery or the power cause if it is the computer won't start at all. I also have no USB etc connected to the computer during start up. It just the basic config.

Restart the computer and press F12 at startup. Run the full diagnostics and report back any error messages.
