Blue Screen Error-Bios Update?
I have had a bios error on my brand new Inspiron 1420 laptop twice now--causing a blue screen.
Unfortuantely, both times my computer has restarted too quickly for me to read the entire screen. I just know I saw the word "bios."
Should I update something? If so, what? Is there any way to retrieve what my error said?
The blue screen happened when I was doing several things--chatting on AIM, unzipping music files on my computer, and running iTunes with firefox open.
Any help is appreciated!
