Blue Screen Of Death and cannot boot in any Safe Mode.
Yesterday my laptop froze and I had to turn it off and when it turned on, it said Windows failed to start and gave me the option to launch startup repair or start windows normally. either option I get the BSOD with a 0x000000f4 code. Everything that i have read said to launch SafeMode. Theissue is, my laptop wont. I will click F8 and will be able to select it, but then the screen shows a bunch of codes running down the screen then it will restart my computer and bring me back to the windows failed to start screen. It wont boot in any safemode. Also, I do not have any of the CDs that my laptop came with. I must have lost them :( What can I do to fix it or do I have to bring it to a pro?
I have windows 7.

I did the diagnostic report and it said passed on the scans and then it showed lines of colors and said to hit y or n if i saw colors, i hit y and then my computer shut off. im not sure if it was supposed to do that or not.

Once the diagnostics run, you should see an option to boot to the full 32-bit diags. Do that and run the extended hard drive test - you will likely find the drive has failed.
