Please follow the below mentioned path to locate the files that are transferred by Bluetooth:
Click “Start”.
Choose your user name and then “Documents” or just click “Documents”.
Your Bluetooth exchange folder will be there in the documents folder.
When a file has been sent to your Bluetooth exchange folder from another Bluetooth device, there will be a balloon popup in the taskbar notification area. Click the Pop-up to grant permission to allow the device to send the file and save it.
