Bluetooth is not working on Latitude E6440
I got new Dell latitude E6440 with windows 8.1 pro but the Bluetooth is not working I tried every thing (enable the Bluetooth from BIOS ,reinstall the driver) but nothing help.
No Events found!

Also had this issue now, was resolved after removing the generic Bluetooth drivers and installing the following -
www.dell.com/.../DriversDetails;fileId=3431495887&osCode=W764&productCode=latitude-e6440-laptop&languageCode=EN&categoryId=NI

Once I installed I can't get Bluetooth to recognize my mouse or keyboard?
