Bootable CD for BIOS Update

Can anyone tell me what all I need to put on a put on a bootable CD beside the BIOS update in order to make it a bootable CD. The CD driver of course, is there anything else I need to put on it?

I'm going to disconnect the hard drive and force it to boot from the CD Drive.

Any help would be appreciated.
