Brand new Alienware 17 R4 BSOD
Brand new Alienware 17 R4 BSOD
Out of the box my new R4 BSODs when accessing live.com email on edge and on Chrome. It seems to only happen when surfing through my live.com email. Around 10 mins of surfing will trigger it. I have already tried uninstalling dell support service and programs from the problems in the R3 and also uninstalling Onedrive but still crashes.
If I don't surf MS live.com it's fine. I have also run all the diagnostics tests on the Dell support site.

Thanks for posting.
Since you have run diagnostics, and everything checks out, this possibly sounds like a Software related issue. Per the warranty, you have 30 days of software warranty, so please call Tech Support before the SW warranty runs out to get assistance with this issue.
