CPU: Microsoft Mobile Pentium 4, Driver, Windows XP, Multi Language, Inspiron 5150, v.1.0.0, A00

Hi - is there anyone out there that can help me with this new update from DELL:

This is a driver for the Intel Mobile Pentium 4 microprocessor in the Dell Inspiron 5150 computer system. This driver improves power management performance over the driver that is naitive to Microsoft Windows XP.

According to this each 5150 user should install it. But after starting the installation I got the (information) message that it is for HT-enabled processors (only in the US so far).

Perhaps one of the DELL forum moderators can help? Just to make sure not to install something that does not gives me value add
