Even without knowing your model number I would say that temperature is well within the normal level for your CPU even if it seems a little elevated for just idling.

It may be worth your while getting a can of compressed air and liberally blowing out the air vents in order to dislodge as much dust and debris from your vents and CPU heatsink without physically opening your laptop.
