Can I upgrade my gpu?

Hi I have a Dell Latitude E6430 laptop with Core i7, 8GB RAM, and Intel HD Graphics 4000 as integrated graphics. It is also running an Nvidia NVS 5200m with 1GB dedicated VRAM.

I was wondering if I'm able to upgrade the Nvidia Card. I'm aware some laptops are not able to be upgraded when they just carry the integrated graphics, but can I upgrade the dedicated one?
