Can't Activate Audigy MB software. When Activating it shows Error ID : 1209
I've just reinstalled my OS because I wanted to have two partitions one for OS and the other for my personal files. Everything worked just great until I wanted to reinstall the Audigy MB Software againt, when trying to activate the product i use the key that comes with the software . is something like this
CTX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
After running the installer it ask for the CD key (before homepage for activation appears) it only accepts the key without the ' - ' then shows a homepage for activation. And ask for the country and then the reason for the activation, in my case reinstalled the OS.
And when i click Activate ErrorID: 1209 is shown.
What can i do in order to reactivate my software..?

Thanks for visiting the Dell Community Forums.
Have you double checked to ensure that you are typing the serial correctly? Lot's of users often mistake a zero (0) for the letter (O) for example.
Check to make sure that is not the case and let us know.

It seems that the problem is an issue with the serial key provided from Dell I don't know who generated that serial key If Dell himself or if creative gave them a list with the serial keys. Anyway It seems to be incorrect or deactivated because the activation page dont let you continue the installation with error 1209. The only way to fix the problem is to contact a support person from creative via e-mail or phone (e-mail worked ok for me) . You provide the error from the subject and explain the whole problem and after that somebody will ask you for the serial key that Dell gave you with the installation CD and a few days latter you will be provided with a serial key valid that you can reactivate 3 times.
