Can't detect sshd by dell inpiron 15 7567
Hello
last week I bought new Seagate firecuda 2TB replace old hhd (ST500LT012) but dell inspirin 7567 can't detect my sshd
how I solve this problem if I connect my sshd by ASUS G750JM is no problem
so sad.

Is the Hard Drive showing up in the BIOS at least? I just wanted to make sure I was understanding correctly.

Today i try to install windows 10 again on windows installation drive detail can show up drive but can't touch this drive and in bios can't detect same as last time

Thanks for the updates, can you Private Message me your Service Tag? And also, can you let me know what drives you're trying to put in the system? I just wanted to make sure I was'nt missing anything.

If it cannot be seen in the BIOS then of course the OS won't be able to detect it. Maybe the SATA device checkbox is off, ensure the relevant SATA device is active.

i'm already check SATA port device checkbox is on.
