Can't obtain any tech support for my laptop anymore?

I was trying to download drivers from the website where they are usually available, but they are not shown. It says "The product you’ve selected does not have or require updates."

I hope this is the right forum.

It isn't uncommon for Dell to do maintenance on the support site over weekends -- what model system is it, and what OS and version (32- or 64-bit).?

What is the exact system model? What is the current OS installed on the system? What drivers are you trying to install on the system? If there is any issue with the system, then kindly post a detailed description of the issue and we could help.

You could alternatively use our ftp site to download any required drivers - ftp.dell.com
