Cannot Find the Service Tag and Express Service Code on D810
Recently purchased a refurbished D810 Latitude on Ebay. The Service Tag and Express Service Code cannot be found in the Bios or on the sticker label usually on the bottom of the laptop as the motherboard and bottom have been replaced. Seller does not have the information, or at least does not seem to have it anymore. Dell Support says I have to have either one of the numbers for them to retrieve the other.
I am guessing there is a serial number somewhere inside the laptop or even a hidden tag with these numbers on it if I knew where to look so I can recover this information.
I have the XP COA but Dell Tech. says they cannot help me without a service tag or express service code number.
Does anyone know the location of a hidden sticker or any way to recover this information?

Sounds very suspicious - I would return the system to the seller for a refund.
