Cant able to connect my nokia bluetooth headset with my dell xps laptop

Hi,

Am facing issues while pairing my bluetooth headset with xps laptop. Initially i was able to connect and hear songs with my headset. but for the past two days, i cant able to complete the setup. When i try to pair, the softwares are installing properly, but cant able to hear songs.

Kindly help in solving this problem.
