Caps lock won't undo
I have an inspiron 1100 and am using an external Dell keyboard (that I ordered with the computer). When I was typing in Microsoft Word, I put on the CAPSLOCK. The light went on on the keyboard and it worked fine. When I turned the CAPSLOCK off, the light went off, but I continued to get all caps and couldn't turn them off. I tried the Escape key and all the function keys, but nothing worked. I finally got it to turn off by shutting down the computer. It seems to work fine, now. Any ideas what might have happened?
Second question: The external keyboard is has Rev A00 on the back (it's from Dell). I can't find any Fn key (to activate the F1, F2, etc.) on the keyboard. I'm sure there must be one. Is there?

PedroPo,
Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
When using an external keyboard, you can use the Scroll Lock to emulate the Fn key. I suggest looking at the solution posted as #4 in the Keyboard / Pointing Devices FAQ.
