Cleaning screen on Lapyop

I have small spots on my Dell Inspiron 1100 screen. How do I clean the screen?

I personally like using a 50:50 mix of water and rubbing alcohol and a piece of very soft cloth (cut a peice off an old t-shirt for example) Works great!
