Computer will boot but stuck on Black screen
My computer will boot up, the fan and stuff will turn on. However after it gets past the Dell Logo it remains on a blank black screen. There are no beeps or anything. Please help! I have a Dell Insprion N7010.

I think the problem is my hard drive
Error Code: 0146
Msg: 2000-0146

The hard drive is toast - if the system is under warranty, report the error and Dell will replace it. If not, you can use any 2.5" 9.5 mm or slimmer SATA notebook drive as a replacement.

@Dell Elijiah O: since my computer is covered by warranty where/what do i need to do to get a replacement???
