Copy and paste freezing

I need my inspiron 1520 for copying and pasting data. Unfortunately i can only do this for a matter of 30-60 minutes at a time.

It will freeze not allowing the right click options to appear. So i am having to restart my computer each time.

Does anyone know why this is, and how i can fix this problem its getting a bit annoying.
