Crazy Display Issue Latitude 4300
I have an old Latitude 4300 that has horizontal lines that pop up on the display. I will reboot they will disappear, however I access the internet or start looking a a CBT Nuggets video and the horizontal lines reappear.

Found the answer from Mr. Google. I have VT switched on in the BIOS and it does not work well with the driver installed. Will check with Intel if the driver can be updated.... Thank you Mr. Google!!
