DELL Inspiron N5010 - Enter System Password
Hi,
I buy one Dell Inspiron N5010 from ebay and the guy won't answer me. When i try to turn on the notebook i have this message: "Enter System Password", if i add password from 3 times i have this information:
Service TAG: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
PPID: CNOWXY9J7016614K010XA00
Is there any way to solve this?

Hi Cosmin,
You will need the original registered owner’s details for recovering the system from password locked system. If you do not have original owner’s details then you will need to contact the seller for the information. Once you receive the original owner’s details.
