DELL Vostro 1310 - Error Code 3600:0852 Primary Battery Permanent Failure

Hello! I have had my DELL Vostro 1310 for just over one year and about an hour ago, I turned on my laptop and got a message that my battery could not be recognized. I ran the diagnostic tests and I got the following message:

Error Code 3600:0852 Primary Battery Permanent Failure

I'm assuming my warranty is finished :( What can I do to troubleshoot this problem?? HELP!!

Hello,

I actually turned off the system, removed the battery and put it back in after some time. I've had no issues with the battery since. I'm not sure what happened but it's fine now.

There isn't much you can do other than replace the battery - which had a 1-year warranty.
