DELL XPS 13 9333 F2-F12 failure after Legacy Mode

good evening,
I have a DELL XPS 13-9333 and I wanted to upgrade the SSD 128Gb SSD with a new 512 Gb. I've made up your system from USB key and external hard drive and then restore the image to the new SSD 512 Gb. Done this I turned off the notebook replaced the 'SSD and started using F12 LEGACY mode to recognize the usb key and then restore. After the restore process on SSD 512GB (Microsoft procedure successful) when i try to reboot the system  I could not put the original mode UEFI. The system _ no longer accepts F2 key to enter the BIOS and even the F12 key to select the boot. How do I re-enter the bios? There is a method of factoring rest? Thanks in advance for HELP
