Yes, they will charge you when your laptop has been successfully delievered. It happened to me also, it said the money was taken out at the start when I first ordered it but then it went back into my account.

 

Once I recieved the laptop the money was taken off near instantly.

 

However, you may want to watch your account balance, as Dell may be putting a 'hold' on the $1507.38. They want to make sure the funds are available when the laptop is shipped.

Same thing happened to me. When I emailed my Sales Rep. he said not to worry, it's charged once it's shipped (as stated above). No funds will be held...at least there hasn't been on mine. Just make sure you have the money in there or you might have to start from scratch!
