Dell 3521 w/ Windows 7 won't boot
My Dell 3521 turns on, loads Dell logo, the screen goes black, turns off and restarts.
I can't boot it in safe mood. I run the Diagnostics and it says everything works fine. Please help, what can I do?

Go to the BIOS, F2 at the boot screen. There is an option to restart the computer upon an error. Turn this off so you will be able to see the Blue Screen to determine the error code.
