Dell 5559 Audio Crash or /cracking/Choping sound from laptop internal speakers when PowerSource is changed.
Dell 5559 i5 6200u with AMD m350 audio crash(audio cracking sound) when power source is changed usually when power shifts to battery. the problem often occurs when watching online videos, like from youtube or Facebook. the sound is choped and terrible noise came with audio from Laptop speakers. But no sound issue when using a plug in device like headphones. or external speakers.
only solution is to restart that application.
- Drivers are fully updated.
- battery is fully charged.
- problem with all web browsers.

Search for sound goto the properties of the speaker now to the advanced tab and select the bitrate '24 bit,48000Hz....or you could just uninstall the audio driver....hope this helps
