Dell DA200 Adapter ProblemT (Code 31)-A USB port reset request failed.

Suddenly my Dell DA200 Adapter doesn't work on my Dell XPS 13 9360.    HDMI & VGA can still work projecting to my monitor, but USB and LAN stops.

Tried uninstall, reinstall, update USB drivers to no avail.  Last resort was to clean install but problem is still there!  It's only been 3 months and I practically did nothing different than yesterday (no new install, change/update driver, etc.), just stopped today!

Tried the hdmi adapter to the USB-C and work, also showing it as billboard device, whilst the DA200 don't show.

Want to tried to wifi power setting, but couldn't find it in the device manage->network adapter?

Any idea what should i do?  Faulty adapter seems to be the last answer, but it's practically new and it was working flawlessly before.  Will i be able to claim warranty on it?

Thanks

VGA output works.

HDMI haven't checked.

Ethernet doesn't work at all. Windows gives usb device isn't recognized.

Hello, I have the same issue. Everything was working but after some time USB 3.0 in DA200 stopped work and doesn't recognize anything. I did firmware update (BIOS, Thunderbolt, Install drivers = nothing). Any ideas how to figure it out? :)

After some time i gave up trying, contacted Dell support and claim for warranty.  They sent me replacement right after.  I guess it was just faulty

My replacement adapter now is broken again, now it's the USB 3.0 and RJ45 Ethernet Port which is broken, and it's not even a year after it was being replaced.  Within  just over a year, i had two adapters broken, both acquired from official dell store.  Usually Windows 10 shows billboard device connected, now it's gone.  How can this be?  Is there a manufacturing issue with it?  and now it's already passed my warranty period, which is ridiculous since both adapters broken down not within a year of use.
