Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series

suddenly not able to connect to internet using ethernet cable, although internet works using wifi connectivity.  The ethernet cable is good because using it with another laptop, get internet connectivity.  Connecting with another ethernet cable also, it doesn't work....Any driver issues?  have windows 10 installed.
