Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop webcam not working

Hi

Recently i was purchasing dell inspiron 1545 laptop

MY opreating system is Windows vista 64 bit

laptop webcam is not working I don't whats the problem ell

I was installed webcam drivers it is showing a message webcam drivers are successfully installed

but web cam is not working when go through skype vedio it is working but i my laptop it not working

can any one have latest driver information plz send link 

can any one tell me a solution
