Download SpeedFan and crank up the fan speed. That should bring your temperatures down. If that doesn't help, you should take your laptop apart and reapply the thermal paste. Thermal paste can be purchased at Staples or other office supply stores.

thermal paste given 26.2.2012 & speedfan does not bring temperatures down. should i change my fan. If i reinstall my operating system , do it help???

Try reinstalling your operating system, and if that doesn't work, replace your fan.
