The integrated Graphics Drive Error Message Poping up showing Intel HD Graphics is Missing and restarting Lap Solving the issue... Cannot even say about the AMD Graphics If Im trying to install the graphics drive the laptop screen turns complete black and nothing will happen (Have to Reinstall the OS To make Lap work again ) Anyway Only Some Are Facing this issue... " The Dell Service centers and on-line servicing are the best out there-" They will Help If You are able to convey your problem with the technicians I get the order for the laptop replacement today.... I am really happy about It I think you should buy inspiron 5537 Great Budget Gaming laptop...
Alienwares are way out of my price range. But that doesn't matter since I'm not looking for dedicated gaming system, just a laptop that can play the occasional game, mostly FIFA or Civilization haha.
So, what you're saying is that when I'm online or using Word the system will use the Intel Graphics chip but once I start a game it'll switch to the AMD chip? It does seem though that several people are having some difficulty with this, laggy performance, like they're still using the Intel chip for gaming.
There is no way to change the GPU or the CPU once you buy the system - as is true of almost all new systems, both are soldered to the system board and not upgradeable.
This system does not have true dedicated graphics - it uses hybrid (switching) video - as do just about all systems except for dedicated mobile workstations (such as the high end Precisions) or true gaming systems (such as the 17" Alienware system). Everything else has hybrid video.
If you want dedicated gaming video, you need an Alienware 17" system.
The Intel GPU is the only one wired to the display panel - so even if your game uses the AMD GPU, all the video information passes through the Intel GPU on its way to the screen. The other thing to verify is that the games you want to play support hybrid video - not all do, or among those that do you may need an update (or a paid version upgrade) for the game to work correctl.

Apologize for the spamming. But I'm wondering a lot. Now with a dedicated GPU that has 2gigs of DDR5 I should be getting some serious graphic performance, but doesn't the Intel chip bottleneck the gpu if all the video data goes through it? And presumably I will need two different drivers
