Dell Inspiron 15r 5521 - Error Code 2000-01 42 - Hard Drive Problem

Hi everyone,

I got Dell Inspiron 15r 5521 few months ago (January 2014). Its an amazing laptop. But There's a problem that always bother me. The operating system working fine only about 1 month. And when the problem came to attack me, its over

sometimes its "start up" very long, sometime it "freezing" when I'm doing my activities...

when it happens at random, in 3-5 days it will not "start up" anymore...

when I turn it on, it always show "preparing automatic repair", then

"diagnosing your PC" then "Automatic repair (page with blue background)"  and give me a message your pc did not start correctly. The bult-in troubleshoot of windows 8 "refresh & reset" can't solve the problem.

it always be like that till I re-install the operating system with formatting the partitions, after re-install it will be ok, but again... only about 1 month, the problem happens repeatedly...

When I try the "Diagnostic" option in Boot Manager, it checked all stuff, and when checking the Hard Drive..  it show a message "Error Code 2000-01 42, Long self test unsuccessful"

and I try to check the Hard Drive using GParted on linux it show a message "Error: This software has detected that the disk has at least 2 bad sectors"

So anyone else got this on his machine...? some help please...
