Dell Inspiron 3521 Auto restarts with blue screen errors

I am getting blue screen errors after starting the machine, and exception differs everytime

1) SYSTEM THREAD EXEPTION NOT HANDLED
2) KERNEL MODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
3) DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO

I did hardware diagnostics test and all are passed.

Note: when i start in safemode or low resolution it works properly.

Did you run the extended hard drive diagnostic (takes 2-3 hours)?  The quick 10 minute test isn't definitive.  If you didn't run the extended test, re-run the diagnostics, and then boot to the 32-bit Dell diags from the menu.  Run the extended test and you'll almost certainly find the drive has bad sectors.

Thanks for writing to us.

When did the issue start? Was there any software changes /updates happened recently?

If the system is booting up fine in safemode and hardware diagnostics are fine, then we have to suspect the windows.

Have you tried reinstalling windows afresh, if not yet, then that would be the best option.

But please ensure the data is backed up before proceeding.

Yes, I did extended hard drive test also. I have tried with new hard disk even then same problem.
