Dell Inspiron 3521- Hard Drive error code-2000-0142
I have just run a diagnostic on my broken Inspiron and got the following error code for my Dell Inspiron3521 laptop. Please help me to solve this problem.

Error Code 2000-0142
Msg: Hard Drive 0
self test unsuccessful. Status = 7

The hard drive has failed. Buy and install a new hard drive. Or use this as an excuse to buy a new computer. It might not be worth spending money on a 4 yr old model.
