Dell Inspiron N4030 drivers issues.

Hi, i just did fresh instal on my inspiron n4030, win7 ultimate x64 sp1, but on device manager i got couple of drivers isn't working and cant be installed.

1) Pci simple communication controller

2) Network Controller

On the other hand, I've got "Qualcomm Atherros AR8152/8158 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)" installed at my Network Adapters, wondering is this the right drivers? As I can't neither go online via Wireless nor LAN Cable.
