Hi kingaa,

This could be an issue with the Sleep mode.The key combinations could have activated sleep mode.

Follow below mentioned steps to disable sleep mode:

  1. Open Power Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then clicking Power Options.
  2. On the Select a power plan page, click Change plan settings next to the selected plan.
  3. On the Change settings for the plan page, click Change advanced power settings.
  4. On the Advanced settings tab, double-click Sleep, double-click Sleep after, and then do one of the following:
  5. Click on battery or Plugged in (or both), click the arrow, and then Choose Never and Save changes.

Awaiting your response!

Hi kingaa,

When all the applications are closed, using ALT+ F4 would bring up the option to shut down Windows.

Now you can press R, S or L.

R = Restart

S = Shut Down

L = Logoff

You can now restart the computer normally using the Power button.

Awaiting your response!

Ok,but that's not what I wanted to know.Restarting didn't solved my problem. Meanwhile I noticed that it works,but I must push a key for 2-3 seconds. It's very frustrating. Anyway,thanks for your answer.
