Hi kingaa,
When all the applications are closed, using ALT+ F4 would bring up the option to shut down Windows.
Now you can press R, S or L.
R = Restart
S = Shut Down
L = Logoff
You can now restart the computer normally using the Power button.

Ok,but that's not what I wanted to know.Restarting didn't solved my problem. Meanwhile I noticed that it works,but I must push a key for 2-3 seconds. It's very frustrating. Anyway,thanks for your answer.
