Dell Lattitude E6500 video drivers with Windows 8
I have a Dell Lattitude E6500. Windows 7 was installed on this laptop and the computer ran Minecraft without problem. I upgraded to Windows 8 and now Minecraft gives me an error that says the video is not able to run. I tried to install the Dell drivers but they will not install. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!! Under Windows 7 the display driver was the Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family.

Hi ccvid,
Dell Latitude E6500 has not been tested for Windows 8 operating system. However you can download the Windows 7 video card driver and reinstall it in the compatibility mode.

How do you install a driver in compatibility mode?
I have the same problem. Can't get MC working and can't get a driver update.
