Dell Precision M3800 video issue

Goodmorning,

Recently I had some problems with my laptop (Dell Precision M3800) bought only 9 months ago. There are two horizontal bands on screen, which are flickering. I just received it back from assistance at the reseller, but the problem persists although all the Dell diagnostics were passed. I can't work on AutoCAD without ruining my eyes. Could you please help me?
