Dell Prosupport Battery Replacement if Non Removable
As some of the Ultrabooks do not have a removable battery; if the battery deteriorates over time, and I have paid for 3 year Dell Prosupport, is the battery covered under the hardware replacement policy?
Other suppliers offering additional paid warranty will cover the replacement of the battery within the 3 year period; if the battery deteriorates; and is not removable.

Dell covers batteries for 12 months - regardless of any extended warranty. There are some companies - Lenovo and Dell for instance, that let you pre-purchase a battery replacement for an additional cost (usually about $150). This is an option on some Latitudes - you'll have to ask Dell about the availability on the model you buy.
