Dell Refurbished laptop without an OS?
Hello,
I received a Dell XPS 13 Laptop today that I purchased from Dell Outlet as a refurbished model. This laptop did not come with a Windows 8 CD-Key, although it did come with the Windows 8 disc. (I looked under the bottom tab, all that is there is a Windows 8 sticker and some service ID numbers).
Does Dell not give an OS with their refurbished items? Please help, need to know if I should return.

The Windows 8 key is embedded into a chip on the mainboard - you do not need a license key to install or reinstall it.
