Dell Studio 1558-will not start
New Dell Studio 1558 laptop will not start. When you press on the start button it flickers a llittle and the battery charge light flickers also. Have tried everything that the technican suggested. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

How new? I would request a replacement computer. Contact Dell again.

Thanks, I have and they are, but my problem is that I did not save the documents created, I was wondering if someone had a magic suggestion for me to be able to retrieve my files.
