Dell WD-15 and Macbook Pro 2016 problems
Hi, i get my MB Pro 2016 (13" none touchbar version).
I was looking for something that help me connect two monitors (1080p).
I chose Dell WD15 180W
Unfortunately I am not able to connect two monitors (HDMI and MiniDP) - (separately).
What i get is screen mirroring (I see the same thing on two screens).
I don't have "extend" option in Display control panel. OS X shows these two monitors as one :-|
Anyone can help me with that ?

Chris, you're putting people into a serious mistake!
First you write "and many compatible non-Dell devices with USB-Type CTM port(s) having data, video, and power capabilities". Then you try to convince everyone that it does not work with Apple ??
I'm spends a lot of money on your equipment, but I have not seen anything like that yet.
I'm seriously thinking about changing the manufacturer.

I am confused as to why you thought that the Dell WD15 dock was compatible with Apple or that Dell ever tested it with the Apple proprietary hardware, operating system, and drivers?
The sales page you linked never states Apple =
"The Dell Dock is compatible with select Dell laptops, workstations, tablets and many compatible non-Dell devices with USB-Type CTM port(s) having data, video, and power capabilities."
"This product is compatible with the following systems:
Precision 15 3000 Series (3510)
Precision 15 5000 Series (5510)
Precision 15 7000 Series (7510)
Precision 15 7000 Series (7520)
Precision 17 7000 Series (7710)
Precision 17 7000 Series (7720)
Precision 3520
Precision 5520"
The WD15 drivers page only shows Windows 7/8.1/10. No Apple.
The WD15 User's Guide only mentions Windows, no Apple.
Perhaps you should ask the Apple users on their Forum if anyone there has tested the WD15.

Another option you can consider would be a Thunderbolt dock. Unlike USB-C, Thunderbolt can carry two full-bandwidth GPU signals, so if you were trying to run two displays, each display could use one, which means no DisplayPort MST support from the OS would be required. The TB16 uses Thunderbolt, but the catch there is that the USB ports on the TB16 require you to have an ASMedia USB Host Controller driver installed on your system to work, and I don't know if there's an equivalent driver on the Mac side. Otherwise, take a look at the docks offered by Plugable, which is a very reputable company that makes great products, including Thunderbolt docks specifically designed to work with Macs. Take a look at the TBT-UD1-83, which when used with a Mac and a USB-C to DP/HDMI/DVI adapter will support dual displays.

The problem here is Apple, not Dell. The Dell dock, like any multi-display dock that taps into USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode, uses a DisplayPort MST hub internally in order to provide multiple outputs. But that requires the Apple operating system to support DisplayPort MST, and Apple thus far has refused to implement that support into Mac OS X. The D6000 would not have the same issue since it uses DisplayLink instead, but DisplayLink has its own set of drawbacks, especially on the Apple/Mac side.
Also, the WD15 also only supplies a maximum of 60W to non-Dell systems, and the MBP's power supply is 89W, so you'd probably observe throttling when powering it from the WD15 anyway. If you had the MBP's own power supply connected at the same time, I'm not sure how the system would handle two power sources being available simultaneously.
