Dell Webcam Central Settings

Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron N1150 with an integrated webcam. When I run the Dell Webcam Central program, the webcam works fine and shows video and audio. However, after updating it today to version 2.01.18 the "Settings" tab in Capture Mode shows all options as grayed out and I am unable to click on any of them to change the camera's settings. The dropdown window for Flicker Control is clickable, but none of the options appear to change the image on the camera. Furthermore, the Video Effects tab also does not work: The thumbnails occasional flicker but none of the options can be clicked nor can the scroll bars be used.

All the drivers are up to date and the audio and video seem to be working, but I cannot change how the image looks in the settings.

Hi Binjelli,

May I know from where did you update the webcam software?

Uninstall and reinstall the webcam software from the computer.
