Dell XPS 12 trouble charging, no sound, shuts down after starting

Hi. I have a dell XPS 12 laptop and have been having several issues with it in the past few weeks. I first noticed that it was having trouble charging a few weeks ago. Both charging ports seem lose and I had to stick the cord in and use an object to keep it in place in order to charge it cause otherwise it will not. Yesterday I also noticed audio does not come through the speakers but it does come through the headphone jack. Also every time I start my computer up it will shut down after about 45 seconds- 1 minute and then I have to turn it on but there aren't any problems after that. Not sure what the issue is but I'm wondering what I should do.
