Dell XPS 13 (2015) cannot find some wireless networks

I have Dell XPS 13 9343 (Ubuntu 15.04, 3.19 kernel) with Broadcom BCM4352 wireless card and it cannot find some wifi networks including mine. My other notebook (same Ubuntu version) and cellphone have no trouble to connect it. I have already install A05 BIOS update and bcmwl-kernel-source.

I have check my modem settings and try every mode (b/g/n) still no luck. Also I don't have any idea how it decides to show some neighbour networks in nm-applet. Is there a way to fix this?
