Dell auto driver detect detect doesn't work any more?

This is the message I get everytime I run the auto detect driver util.

Driver detection not available
Please try again later or use the Find it Myself tab to find drivers by Service Tag or see a list of drivers available for your product.

The laptop I use is 'XPS 15 9550'

Hello, I have this problem with a brand new 9360. My 9550 detects without issue, but my 9360 will not. My 9550 came with lots of Dell software installed, but my 9360 had none, which I suspect is the issue. That said, I have added Dell Update, System Detect and Support Assist to my 9360, but driver detection still fails, with the same error as the OP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Benjamin

Please click on the link I've posted above - Dell System Detect could not be started in Windows 10). If that doesn't fix the problem, I'd suggest you uninstall Dell System Detect and run the program again.

To uninstall: Right click windows logo, click on Programs & Features, look for Dell System Detect, and then uninstall.

To install: Enter your service tag number ( Or use Detect Product) onto the link below. After, click on the 'Guide Me' option to install Dell System Detect.
